more like a party book worm...

but ...

"my mind is wandering, my heart is lonely and pockets are empty." I'm in no mood to go out. although this seems like the time where it's all my friends birthdays, rather than the summer, when I'm more than willing. (bc that would be too easy) or a holiday party, some type of fiesta or going away shindig. and I'm just not up for it. but some how, some way, I'll be guilted into showing my face which means have an uncontrollable, good time.

but what I really want to do is indulge myself is my recent purchase. kinda like, get my moneys worth of it.

it is, in fact, a book. don't gasp too loudly for fear that someone might ask you what you're gasping about and you might have to utter the words, "she bought a ... book"! ha.

so in the mean time, when I'm not abliged to show my face at the latest party or two stepping for the last time with my friends. I will be satisfying my inner nerd, and not the pharrell kind, with BRIGHT LIGHTS, BIG ASS by Jen Lancaster.
